Hi Everyone,
Planning a ride to the above mentioned areas this upcoming long weekend. Would like to leave early the Friday for Carolina, easy back country tar roads. Then spend most of the day exploring the Chrissiesmeer & Amsterdam area and visit some of the dams. Sleep over in Piet Retief or Amsterdam area. Next day explore Swazi border and venture into Swaziland. Stay over again at Piet Retief or make our way to the Pongolapoort/Jozini Dam area. Spend the Sunday in that area and then head back on the Monday. Planning to do mostly gravel / dirt once in the area - but want to avoid super technical stuff (only going to be 2 bikes) and climbing mountains.
Would appreciate any advice on routes, accommodation and must see attractions. If anyone can help with some GPS tracks of the area - especially Swazi/Jozini areas it would be great!
