Hi there,
I am starting to look around for a 1200GS. I have looked at the LC enduro and the LC Throphy. but with a top box and extras I have to fork out over 200k for a new 1200.
The other option is a second hand bike DOHC(2010-2013) with top box paniers and chrashbars for around 150k.
There is also second hand pre 2010 SOHC models for under 100k with less than 100k/km on them.
If I decide to go for the SOHC bikes I save a lot of moola, my question is exept from the obvious 20-30KW and the electronics what is the main difference between a 2009 and the new LC.
I don't need a fast bike but I need a reliable bike that I can be sure that when I get on it wont drop me.
Please give me your honest opinion even if you don't want to say it on the forum give me a PM. was it worth all the moola to upgrade to your new expensive LC?
