CLEANING OF 1150 GS ADVENTURE CYLINDER HEADS

Good evening to all! Not sure if this is the correct thread. Please correct me if not. I have just purchased a 2003 model Adv with 40000km. Overall everything is in a very good condition. Previous owner often hit the gravel roads and I just want to clean my bike ONCE!! The cylinder heads (pots) are stained (between the "fins") with yellowish mud marks and the normal scrub does not remove these stains. I was advised NOT TO use a high pressure cleaner and want to hear if there is a product that I can spray on these marks to dissolve these stains. After this process, I will do the odd gravelroad trip and immediately clean the bike afterwards.
