I have recently started looking at a gps, I'm a bit puzzled over which is the best allround gps device that I can use in the car, on the motorbike, hiking, measuring areas and logging routes and gps points.
The differences between the two mentioned GPS's that I can see is.

There also seems to be a problem with the screens on both models not being visible in direct sunlight.
I do like the look of the colorado more than the oregon and will buy the extra maps if needed. What is the clear advantage of the oregon over the colorado or are you just paying more for a touch screen?
