Confirmed damages to Knee - MODIFICATIONS COMPLETED

Went to Doctor yesterday, confirmed my feelings. Torn ACL and IML (not sure on short spelling) Ligaments on left knee, light break in tibia (i think its called) but more of a hairline fracture and severe bone bruising at joint - all happened on Day 2 of 7 of my Lesotho trip (which will follow within the next few days when i get a moment).

Knee braces will be my next investment, the asterix look good. Having operation early January to sort knee out.
