We are putting together a short 10 day trip to Rundu via Jhb, Francistown and Katima. From Rundu we will ride to Walvis Bay and then on to Luderitz via Marienthal. Then home via Upington. The entire trip will be on tar. We leave Cape Town on 24th April and Joburg on 25th and get home 0n 4th May.
We did a similar trip last year ( travelling other direction) and met the Red/Steven group on the Caprivi Highway. That was great. I would like to know if there are any other trips planned for these dates so we can try and meet somewhere.
We also welcome any bike or vehicle who would like to share the experience with us. So far we are three confirmed (accomodation deposit paid) and 2 "maybe's". You can start in Cape Town or Joburg or meet us anywhere along the way. Accomodation costs are chalets R 3 500 and camping R 1 100 aprox.
