Busy replacing the piston on my 2003 Honda CR250R - the one with the servo motor operated exhast valves.
I am having great difficulting in pulling out the exhaust valve shaft.
I have even consulted the workshop manual which only indicates that you should remove the stopper plate keeping the shaft in place (check - done that).
It appears that the Exhaust valve shaft should simply pull out, so that you can then remove the two exhaust valves and give them a clean (much needed).
The shaft does not seem to want to go past the iol seal.
Has anyone encountered this before? How do i get around this? ???
I have decided to rather post this before I start with the mallet...
