CRF 300 L suspension upgrade.

HI All,
I live near Hoedspruit.
Received my CRF 300 L last Thursday.
Took it up Mariepskop on Saturday. Love it.
That motor/ gearbox is a peach.

BUT!!!

The suspension is horrible.
Back shock is more of a pogo stick.
Who can I ask for help in improving the suspension?
