CTX 200 Bushlander any good as a Duel Purpose?

Hi there.Im doing some research for a friend and thought id give this over too the pro's.

Is the CTX 200 Bushlander any good as a dp? im sure off road its ok but on road and long(ish) distance how is it? is there a way to give it a bit more top end with out fitting rockets? im told they get just over 100kph, i haven't witnessed this first hand tho.
