Howdy people, bought a second hand Dakar 3 weeks ago. Awesome bike just one problem, when the bike idles for more than 60 seconds tempreture light comes on, and no fan, once on the open road again it seems to be fine.Me, not so mechanically minded, but tried 12 vdc straight on to fan and no go, just a spark on the wires-did the fan go south and could there be something else wrong as well.Is there a good mechanic out in the Kempton park, East rand area that wont charge BMW prices but still do good work?or can I fix it myself? ???
