Dangers of exceeding your tyres limitations

Again I see this in a Mitas, have heard all the excuses on previous post (https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=56196.0), but seriously there is something wrong with these tyres whether one wants to admit to it or not.
This tyre off a GS had less than 150km on it.
So once again let's hear it...
