Distances Ceres - Cederberg Oasis - Wuppertal - Clanwilliam

I'm planing on taking a friend from overseas on a 2 day trip in June.  We will leave Paarl and travel via Wellington and Bains Pass to Ceres.  I would like to know the distance from Ceres to Oasis and then from Oasis to Wuppertal via the 4x4 route and then on to Clanwilliam.

Google gave me Ceres to Wuppertal 152 km and Wuppertal to Clanwilliam 72 km.

My friend will be on a stock XR 650L.  The fuel range of the bike is a teribble 145 - 160 km.
