Hi All, Qualified, un-qualified or budding mechanics
My V-Strom gear shift suddenly got erratic and I realised it wasn't "returning back with the spring action!
I have taken the sprocket cover off (Full of gunge
) and sprocket etc, but the frame is in the way of the cover over the gear-shift mechanism.
Other than dropping the whole motor which I will do if I HAVE TO!!....... any ideas or shortcuts to get the cover and mechanism out so I can check, and change the spring??
