I took a ride yesterday to watch the eedjits -err- riders at the WFO Championships in Richmond yesterday.
And there kitted up and mounted on a orangy plastic thing was one of our better known members, and my heart went out to the poor guy trying manfully to get his bike over a prone Californian redwood.
I give you a hint - Gunda falling into a pool makes a big . . . . . . .?
And a while later this guy comes along and makes it look as if the logs are chopsticks from the Chinese takeaway.
I believe from my consultants Mr & Mrs Badger that his name is Chris Birch and he is to this form of motorcycling what Valentino Rossi is to MotoGP.
Poetry in motion - take a look :-
