The rules for the raffle are as follows:
One entry = R500.
More than 1 entry per person is allowed.
I may not be in the draw for suspicious corruption prevention purposes. (Sadly as I would love to actually have this bike)
An auditor from JDHill will be available to confirm the due fair draw selection process.
1. I will compile a running list of confirmed people on the list as I go with periodic updates to be checked. I need the following info per entry: (P.S. send it to me privately please)
- Your actual ID name
- Your contact number, cell or landline
- Your email address
2. I will only go through with the raffle once we have a minimum collection of R40000 i.e. 80 confirmed tickets. There will be a extra 5 names allowed for in case of non payments or cancellation.
3. I will open a specific account catered for this raffle.
4. Only then will I give out the banking details for payments to be made.
5. Payments must be made with a reference of your name on it so that each payment made can get allocated and a confirmation via sms sent.
6. I will then set out a raffle draw date. Payments should be made via EFT within 1 week.
7. Only if payments are made will you then get an entry to the raffle (no place keeping obviously).
8. I will send one reminder notification to pay if not paid. after which the extra people may be contacted to take your place.
9. If we get a straight buy out of the bike at the R40000 price before the 80 people list is achieved then the raffle will not go through. Nobody will pay ticket money and no loss to you.
10. All names will go into a bowl and a random selection process will take place.
11. This process will be video recorded and posted on youtube and a copy of the link will be posted.
12. The winners name will be read out and only the name. No contact details will be posted for your security purposes.
13. I will personally contact the winner to arrange for delivery options. (this delivery cost will be on the winners account).
14. This raffle is for ZAR residents only.

BMW R100RS.
8500km on the clock. (this is most likely a clock over)
Bike is in pristine condition for its age.and is in smooth running condition achieves about +-24km/litre with the old man. (bike does have scratches and some chips on the paint work. only saw this when we collected the bike)
