The first round of the 2011 Nomadik EWXC Series will take place on the 26th of February at Arrows Rest, Hartbeespoort. This is the meanest, toughest enduro event in Gauteng, and if you enjoy watching grown men cry and fall over in exhaustion you will love this. Then again, the pro’s make it looks so easy, and the skill on display will leave you gobsmacked - and there is rumours that some top guys, including Chris Birch, will take part. Pro’s and fossils start at 8am, amateurs at 11am, and the extreme event is at 3pm – this is Erzberg type riding at its best.

DIRECTIONS TO VENUE FROM:
Pretoria
Take Church St/ R104 to Hartbeespoort/ Magaliesburg. Pass Pelindaba entrance and continue 5.5 km’s to Broederstroom junction. Continue straight for 10 km’s (passing Pecanwood) to Arrows Rest on left hand side of road. (Note – Arrows Rest also has a golf driving range and other facilities on the right hand side of the road).
Johannesburg
Take Malibongwe Drive (R512) out past Lanseria to Broederstroom T-junction. Turn left and continue 10 km’s (passing Pecanwood) to Arrows Rest on left hand side of road. (Note – Arrows Rest also has a golf driving range and other facilities on the right hand side of the road).
