This Sunday (13th Sep), I though I may take a leisurely ride out on back tar to Emalalawassisname (That used to be Witbank), have some breakfast, and see if I could ride the service road on the rail line back to Rayton.

I searched the forum for a ride report on that rail line but came up with nothing.
Anyone want to tag along? Suspect there will be lots of messing about, U-Turns and getting lost and eyeballing maps and GPSs.
But it looks from Google Earth that bits of it are rideable.

The track is the railway itself - In the past I have ended up on the wrong rail line !
Waypoints are crossings from G-E and Mapsource
Waypoints are named as to the side of the track that looks promising - Riding homewards - ie XL060 says the left looks better from that crossing - "?" means I dunno or there are roads both sides.
