I have a smiley in my front rim and remember reading somewhere that some dealer replaced a rim on a warranty claim for someone. Just can’t seem to find the thread and can’t remember who it was. Can someone please help?
My bike is standing in Bethlehem and before the bike arrived the guy already said that he won’t be able to replace the front rim under warranty. Is this bullshit from the Bethlehem dealer or was the other guy just lucky to get his rim replaced?
My fork seals are also leaking and he said he will have to take a look and see if he can help. But I don’t have a lot of faith. I really don’t think he is going to help me. I have Wilber’s in the front but they were put in by a dealer. So are they not forced to replace them under warranty?
