I read some threads on repairing bike fairings with Lego blocks and acetone - had no success on my bike, though. I sanded the damaged part's paint of, cleaned that area and worked the lego-acetone solution into and over the crack. Unfortunately, I could peal of all my work on the part the next morning... atch: Hmmmm, no bond between the 2 plastics, maybe the F650's plastic is something other than the ABS, Lego is made of.
For having at least the possibility of a strong bond between the Lego and the fairing's plastic the fairing should also desolve in acetone, a bit... right? So, I did a quick test with the plastics of the Beemer in acitone to see if it desolves. Nope, the acetone does not even make a smudge. Indeed it seems that the Bavarians do not play with lego afterall... ;D
Any other ideas, please...?
