Fix for stripped bolt

Hi all,

I've managed to break something whilst reattaching one of the plastic side panels next to the tank. Yes, I'm an idiot.

Anyway, whilst (over)tightening the Allen key bolt I heard something crack and now cannot unscrew it anymore. It just keeps turning. See pic, it's the lower of the two bolts.

Any suggestions on how to get it out and replace with another fastening solution?
