I manage a team of 103 sales reps that call on taverns, shebeens etc across SA and currently they all have their own vehicles. So my issue is that I constantly have reps not making their calls due to broken down cars, etc.
I am looking at the possibility of hiring or buying a fleet of scooters (similar to Steers, etc) and was wondering if anybody here does that or can point me in the right direction.
