Well done to Chris and Harley. Some time ago I ordered some stuff from them. Brake pads, shorty levers and two MRA screens.
A cock up with the screens happened at their supplier and both couldn't be send. Chris called me and apologised profoundly, but more importantly gave me various options to resolution.
I chose to let them hang on to my bucks and wait for a screen to come from Germany, even though this could take some time and it did.
Harley constantly kept me up to date on how things were progressing and immediately on receiving the screen from their supplier, couriered it, overnight.
I often say cock-ups will happen. The test of true customer service is how it is resolved. In this case, A+ to Flying Brick.
