A good friend of mine is selling his Toyota Land Cruiser Expedition Mobile.
the vehicle is parked at my place in Noordhoek / Cape Town and can be viewed after appointment.
Please contact me per PM or email Thanks!
Here are the facts:

It is a 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser with the bullet proof 3.4 litre 4 cyl. 3B Engine with a low pressure turbo charger with 160 kkm. The cyl.head was completely overhauled at about 30kkm ago.
The Cruiser is equipped with the ultra rare cable operated (no motors, wires..) front and rear diff locks. A aus. 110 litres stainless steel diesel tank, like all other accessories and the spare tyre, is mounted below the chassis to keep the centre of gravity way low.

Service was done at JB Auto in Cape Town. Registered as a self probelled caravan it does not cause any trouble at roadblocks outside of RSA.

The expedition cabin was build in Austria and has plenty sleeping space for two. Additional sleeping space is in the fold up roof section.
There is a electric heavy duty water pump with Swiss Katadyn water filter system installed. One ~50 litres and one ~40 litres stainless steel water tank are mounted below the chassis as well as a stainless steel storage box (for stuff you don't want in the cabin) and a extra storage box that can't be seen for stuff that shouldn't be.
It also features a built in compressor fridge (box) that runs ultrasilent due to the use of an extra radiator and supersilent fans to exchange the heat. There is also a 3kw diesel air heater in the cabin for those extra cold namibian winter nights.
Two 55 watt solar panels together with two AGM batteries supply enough power to permanentely run the fridge and use the lights in the cabin.

A wind cheeta roof carrier on top of the drivers cabin features a lockable 'spoiler'-box and has plenty of extra space fot items like gas containers or fire wood.

The driver and passenger seats are completely rebuild original Toyota seats in the 1+1.5 seat configuration. Depending on availability the can be swapped for two single German Recaro seats that feature fan cooling, heating and adjustable lumbar support.

Price for the ready to explore Expedition Mobile is ZAR 300.000
