For those of you that are absolutely fanatical about getting the best quality oil for their machines, have a look at the Indy Oil website at https://www.indyoil.co.za/html/products/lubricants/automotive_lubricants/petrol.html .

I ordered a case of 4 x 5l bottles of full synthetic high performance 10W40 oil for my diesel bakkie today at roughly R 250 per 5l, which is R 150 per 5 l less than the normal Castrol Edge... The oil is both API and ACEA certified.

They have a whole range of other products available and you can order directly from them. If you want to buy from them get the number from the website and ask for a lady called Bernita. She assisted me during my enquiry.

Also a very good general guide on engine oil can be found at https://www.carbibles.com/engineoil_bible.html .

Lekker!

PS: I have no affiliation with Indy Oil....
