Been around bike for a long time and when there is oil on the stanchion , it means the fork seals are on there way out and require attention . This past weekend we went for a ride into Lesotho , Saturday was super hot and not sure if this had any affect on the seals . hard braking , suspension working overtime . when we got back to clarence I noticed oil seepage on the fork leg , wiped it clean and it seems to be good , Co indecently me riding buddy was on a new S1000 RR ( just over 2000k) and his bike also showed a leak on the fork legs . possibly bug splatter that got hard and caused a bit of a leak .
I will be keeping tabs on this , but would you change seals or if no more leak leave it ?
