I am planning a ride from Knysna to the Northern Cape, mostly on tarred roads. Has anyone recently done the 40 km stretch of gravel road between Fraserburg and Williston? Any sand, issues I should know about in advance?
Also the gravel sections of the R303 between Citrusdal and Ceres - Middelberg Pass?
