We have R10 000 worth of toys from Avenge (Thank Mias & his guys when you see them, or just tell everyone what a great contribution they have made.) plus 500 perfumes, plus a bunch of teddy bears and about 10 bags of old clothes.  It might sound like a lot, but will definitely be too little.
(PS - We must make an effort to give the perfumes (very good product not cheapies) to the grown up women and grannies & not to kids)
We should encourage riders to bring an old rug sack that they can donate afterwards and we should arrange some shopping bags to put stuff in & tie it to riders packs otherwise it is difficult to ride and toys are handed out in the same close area’s.

Riders hand out toys and continue on their own ride or riders can do a group ride by following some of the vehicles.  From the police station we will definitely have at least three groups doing different rides, so newbies, families & quads are welcome.  Be good for our sport if every rider uses the opportunity to introduce a new person to DeWildt?

Be nice to see some Dogs out there - I know some great track.

Distribution as follows:

Three fences:
We will have a vehicle with toys at the three fences shop and give toys to riders who arrive to hand out in the area and all along the river on the way back towards Klipgat.

Marula:
Gary Franks & Steve Lauter will co-ordinate the area which includes:
Area around the reservoir
Area around the bottom of long rocks and all the way through to Bra Eric’s
Klipgat all sides
Community on the far side of Klipgat along the river bank.
Steve will organise a vehicle to go to the klipgat police station area and work from there & towards the rivers.
Gary will dispatch riders to the reservoir area & then take other riders along with another vehicle to the long rocks area and work towards Bra Eric’s

Police Station
Angus Young will dispatch riders to cover the following area’s:
Down three fences including the area around the soccer field.
Oskraal next to the tar road where we have had complaints.
Area left of reservoir
Area in and around Butches
School hill
Between Railway station & tar road
Back end of temple
Kagalabatsane which is the area between Back of the Moon & Aids Clinic area
Aids clinic area
We will have two vehicles that will accompany riders to provide coverage in the denser area’s.

Anyone with queries or who has a contribution to make can give me a shout.
