I'm thinking to have some new brake discs made up for the front wheel, as I'm strongly suspecting damage to the right-side disc due to excessive play.
This is for a 2004 R1150GS Adventure, with ABS. AFAIK the version is ABS II, i.e. I have the slotted steel ABS sensor ring rather than the ridged solid aluminium ring found on ABS I wheels.
From https://www.maxbmwmotorcycles.com/fiche/DiagramsMain.aspx?vid=51761&rnd=05012012 I get the disc diameter to be 305mm, but no indication of thickness, mounting hole offset, or ID/OD for the braking surface.
(Replacement original will cost USD305 ~ ZAR2500!)
Also, is the disc of uniform thickness throughout, or are the mounting holes thicker than the overall disc?
Any suggestions who to approach in the Cape...?
(Interestingly, the non-ABS wheels have the discs split into left and right discs, while the ABS only has a 02x disc specified. No dimension for either really.)

FOR VEHICLES WITH INTEGRAL ABS (CODE: X645A) :
