Front end shake

Can someone help

I have had a slight head shake (handle bar shake) on my F8 as I am slowing down at about 35km /h. It feels like a slight vibration but if I let go the handle bar shakes wildly. This can't be normal.
It has got worse over the last 2 weeks.
Can tyre pressure make a difference? What else can I check in my garage? I am only have a little mechanical know how but am not useless, so any suggestions would be great.
