Not wanting to dip into reserves, I opted to use Wesbank to finance a private sale.
Its taken nearly 2 weeks to get the deal close to finality after approval.... The seller is expected to jump through a gazillion hoops , when as the purchaser, i assume all the risk.
Interst rate is fair, prime plus 1.5%
Eventually, i decided to cancel the finace and proceed with cash.... Just not worth the aggravation :
for the buyer and the frustration for the seller.
