I need some advice with regards to fuel consumption in sand riding. I realise it all depends on how hard you ride, but if most of a day is going to be spent in riverbed sand, by how much should I expect my fuel consumption to increase? I am interested in both KLR650 and Dakar consumption, bikes loaded with about 30kg extra stuff, riders not too big (70-85kg estimate)
