Hi, I own a 2000 F650GS. It clocked over at 100 000km on this trip. The bike was laden with side pannier bags, top box, tank bag, dry bag and has a standard screen but I did lie as low as I could on the tankbag during the trip. It was just serviced before the trip. The whole bike is still in excellent condition.
The average fuel consumption at mostly a constant 120km/h on tar was 19km/l or 5.3l/100km. Isn't that a bit high? If I do 140km/h it drops to 16/17 km/l. On gravel it improved to 21.5km/l at maybe 60km/h.
