Full Throttle opening in PE

I heard a rumour that Full Throttle is opening in PE next year. Is this true or just a rumour? If I am not mistaken, they already opened in East London.



I also heard that Hooters will be opening soon in Heugh Road where the old Papa's Pizza's was, the yellow house.  ;D
