My 1999 F 650 Funduro is very ill. The bolts holding the alternator assembly together (8 of them, I think, inside the right hand side engine cover) sheared off, and the bolt heads shredded the alternator stator, damaged the hub, and sprag clutch, and generally ran riot and misbehaved appallingly. If anyone can suggest a place in the RSA to source a second hand alternator stator I would be obliged.
