Hey Folks
I'm after a new handheld, my old Garmin 76CSx died.
I have a Navigator IV on the GS, but the battery life is too short to use as a handheld for any length of time.
Been checking out the Garmin Monterra and Montana models on the web. I've noted the comments on the camera usefulness on a bike and get the point. But for my use as a site recce tool in the bush, the camera seems a useful add-on.
Both look pretty spectacular, but the price tag warrants a thorough check and poll of users.
Anyone got any insights and experience of either or both to make a sensible comment/suggestion.
