Garmin Quest 1 ,good buy for bike

I have a Nuvi 710 with a handlebar zip bag mount i use on the KLR. I am a bit worried that it won`t last too long on the bike and they are discontinued and there`s nothing to replace it .I can now get a Quest 1 for R1500,are they any good for bikes,waterproof and chock/vibration proof ?
