Getting a parcel from the states -what's best

Got some goodies in the states that needs to come to me (no store involved  purely pvt porn stuff)

Guy who has the stuff is not sure what the best shipping will be -I've got the dimensions and weight - who can I contact for this service (or who could he contact in the states)

Not in particular hurry either way but would hate to wait 3 months tho
