I have just moved to the Cape after 11 years in Joburg. I have ridden alot of Enduro and am reasonably new to the adventure scene tho have alot of tar under my wheels including one trans African trip in 1999. I am just rehabilitating from a hand injury and want to ease myself and my nephew into the adventure scene Capeside. Does anyone have a particular recommended route to do this in the Cape Town/Boland/Overberg area? We are looking for some straightforward dirt - sand, forest etc with nothing too hectic to warm up the tyres and get the feel of drifting round corners again. We ride a 640 Adv and a R1200 Adv.
