GSA Tire Choices - Help

OK so my Heindenau K60 Scouts are close to being smooth as a baby's bottom...

I have to replace my 2011 GSA's tires.

I commute daily, and  i do about 80% on tar and 20% off-roading

The three contenders are:

> Metzlers Anakee 3

> Metzlers Karoo 3

> Michelin Tourance Next

Any opinions please??
