I'm keen to get/make a headlight protector fro my '08 klr. Has anyone managed to find one? I haven't had much luck at any of the spare shops. Another idea was to make a template from my headlight and try making one out of 4mm perspex. Only problem is I'm not sure what material to make the template from. I was thinking to use clay?
