It is about time to change tyres on my GS - Question is do I fit regular available 140's or wait for the 150's - I know a lot of you swear by the 140's but as I gather it is because 150's were not available. My book says the right size for the 1200 is 150's.
Surely there must be a reason for it.
The 150 is more or less R300 - R350 more expensive than the 140. Do u get 20 to 25% more k's ??? Is it that much better???
What I am getting at is: should I stick to factory specs and get the 150 (does it justify the extra cost) or put my money to better use and get the 140.
Which one is the better value for money in the long run ???
