Greetings from the Cape . I am new to biking and my only experiences have been chaotic and mixed with personal risk and great fun. I hired an Enfield in the himalayas in India for a fun near death experience for a few months some ten years back , i have for the last few years been having great fun on a vuka in Cape Town and recently ( about four months back ) bought a second hand 2006 KLR 650 on which I am loving cruising around , i have done a few trips on my own , fixed a few punctures on the road and kissed the dirt a few times . I work as a full time sculptor and my medium is in metal , i have been visiting this site a few times as it is very informative and there is great advice on various rides and bike mechanics .
