Help to assess a bike in CT

Hi Guys

If anybody is in the Gardens are in CT. I need help to check the condition of a Track bike out there.

It is a 2008 Kawasaki  600Zxr.

The bike is in Montague Gardens at Motorwise. The add is Tableview but the owner has confirmed the bike is standing at Motorwise.
