help with route VICTORIA FALLS to Malawi to Mocambique back to Johannesburg

hi ,
looking for help in planning a routr from Vic falls - malawi-Mocamabique -ending in Johannesburg.
I will be traveling alone , On Gs 1200 ( the adventure model considering the bigger fuel tank, but worried it maybe too top heavy.  Will be keeping to main routes.
Would appreciate hints tips & advice - route, camping or lodging, Safety.......
