Hi, I'm very pleased to have finally joined this forum (my husband has been enthralled with it since he joined up 2 months ago).
I'm an outdoor girl, and going off the beaten track; white-water rafting/ kayaking; and hiking have always been my thing. Biking is new to me, but I'm already addicted to touring through the countryside with a 180 Deg view. Most of my experience till now has been as a pillion, but am learning the ropes on a 200. Now I'm already tired of being a backseat driver (& handbrake!) and hope to get a bike of my own soon.
See you on the road!
Heidi
PS Thanks to all those who enthusiastically suggested nicks for me
