I live and work between Durban and Fort Dauphin in Madagascar.  I have a 1200GS at home and an X Challenge in Madagascar.  I have done some interesting trips around the Southern part of the country where i  work.  I recently hooked up with Riaan Manser who paddled around the island in an offshore kayak, totalling 5000km in 10 months.  My bike was a one off in tha part of the country with only one bike shop available run by a French dude called James and his business called Mada Warmup.  The best advice about falling off there and getting hurt is, DONT.
