Hi guys
This problem seems to have started after I bought the bike 18 months ago. All will be well and rides well and everything works. Switch the bike off and sometime she will not start - sounds like a flat battery. If you push start she will start easy and off we go.
So far I have replaced the battery, charging at 14v @5000 rpm, checked and cleaned all connections, stripped and cleaned all switches. Followed the main wiring harness and no signs of poor connections.The connetions for the GPS plug have been disconnected and the spots rewired.
