Hi guys, been busy with a new project for this year, rebuilding my old XL500s for the 2nd time, I already restored the plastics and the tank, and converted the front end to USD from a KX250, next up was to supermoto it, this is how far I've gotten at the moment.

Swingarm took some persuasion to work
Bandit wheels go on
Currently busy with making the brakes work, I've found a complete set of bandit 400 calipers and mastercylinders that will be used, next up will be making the caliper brackets, mounting the rear MC, and moving the shock brackets on the frame, always wanted a supermoton, cant really afford one so I'll build my own one for now
