How far on an XR?

In spite of the horrible rhyme. What type of distance do you guys go on an average ride?

I'm pretty new to dual sport bikes, I know the Zar is a tough bike but I don't wanna hurt my baby! Also fancy a trip from JHB to Mpumalanga or Lesotho, just want to know a fair amount of K's to do a day so I can pace myself.
