Im 22 and am looking at getting a 990/950 adventure to ride with my dad who has an f800gs.
Iv ridden his bike a bit and its pretty good for me,even ridden two up with him on the back and i can handle it ok.
I live in aus and spend about 2 months a yr in sa.
I was going to buy a gs too but i like the adventures more.
SO, whats the verdict? I weight about 70-75 kg.
you may say get a 690 but the expensive and not really great for loong rides (maybe im wrong)
Last time i came i had a 525 wich obviously doesn't keep up on the rd,AT ALL.
and im buying somthing to keep for when i come and go.
